Returns Policy

No-Quibble Returns Policy:

We fully comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 set up to protect you the consumer when making on-line purchases. Sports-Outlet has a friendly returns policy and will accept items back for exchange or a refund if:

  • They don't fit
  • You just don't like what you've ordered
  • Items are damaged or faulty upon receipt

All returns and exchanges should be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice or a completed Returns Form, stating your reason for return. You will receive a prompt product refund on receipt of the returned item by Sports-Outlet. We do not refund postage costs.

Please do not apply any tape or labels directly onto the item.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the item(s) until they are received by us. Therefore we do recommend that you use a traceable method of delivery and obtain a proof of postage to enable you to make a claim from your carrier in the event your items fail to arrive with us. Although we offer free postage to send your order to you, any return postage costs are not refunded by Sports-Outlet.

Unused Items - Refund / Exchange:

  • Goods should be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt by yourself
  • Goods must be in original condition, with original swing tags in tact and attached
  • Goods must not be fitted or used
  • Goods must be securely packaged for return
  • Goods must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice or completed Returns Form

£10 Returns Service (UK only):

You can either return the goods yourself or, if you would like us to arrange a courier to collect your returned items, please contact us with a convenient collection date (Monday - Friday only) and address. We charge £10 (deducted from your refund) for this service.

Damaged or Faulty:

All items supplied by Sports-Outlet are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is at least 1 year but some manufacturers offer extended warranty. Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by incorrect care, abuse, general wear and tear etc. If you believe the item you purchased from us has developed a fault then please contact us before returning it.

Express Exchange:

If you are in a rush to exchange, you will need to order the replacement item which we charge and send as normal. Then return the original item for a refund in the normal way. (You will be charged in full for the replacement item when they are sent, and then refunded as soon as the unwanted item has been received by Sports-Outlet).

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
